Expropriation and demolition
The construction of Via XX Settembre needed a lot of expropriations and demolitions, causing a major change in the daily life.
In the open space on the left there are some carriages connecting the city with Sampierdarena. The Caffè del Genio on the right was frequented also by Cavour.
