The Juvarra's second project

Since the innovation project didn’t convince Hight military hierarchy, in 1730 Vittorio Amedeo II asked to Juvarra a second project. The project took up the precedent idea to divide the courtyard d'Honneur with two diagonals north-east and south-west. To the west of armory, Juvarra provides for a large rectangular industrial courtyard bordered by warehouses. It was realized only a part of project and then it was destroyed. When De Vincenti shown his project, he kept a big part of Juvarra’s structures. The Juvarra’s projects were never found, but the different documents shown the responsibility passage between the Juvarra’s yard and the new office given to De Vincenti.
