The Romanesque Basilica and its consecration
The church was built just before the year 1000. Consecrated in 1117 and located within the walls, it sees the construction of the bell tower in 1147, the only remaining part of the Romanesque complex.
The image shows the facade of the Basilica delle Vigne with several damages in the upper part. It is the period immediately after the War and, on the facade, you can see several posters.
