A denied façade
Guarini's project defines a perfectly balanced double symmetry architecture with a façade consistent with the upper part. The planned façade was never built but it was decided to leave the wall homogeneous with the rest of the wing of the Palazzo Chiablese, perhaps not to create a new point of attention that would diminish the one of the Royal Palace.
