1875 Caricamento, Sottoripa, port
At the end of the nineteenth century, the Customs building deeply separated the port (still mainly occupied by sailing ships) from the city, which is now permanently gathered along Sottoripa. In the middle Caricamento, with all the temporary and complex features of the Eastern caravanserai.
