The shortened Molo
The 30 years development of the old Molo is stopped during the age of ocean liners. It is shortened from the tip where the lighthouse is situated and the new rounded shape allows access to the big passenger ships.
The comparaison between a 1916 map and the one drawn up by Barbieri in 1938 shows the transformation of the 1920s.
