A tipical aristocratic palace

The internal distribution of the spaces is tipical of the eighteenth-century noble buildings, characterized by the portico, the large staircase, the hall, the courtyard of honor and the view towards the square on a large balcony. The general organization of the building also derives from the project by Benedetto Alfieri, implemented over 60 years after 1750, due to the difficult acquisition of the buildings to be replaced, the land reorganization and the balance between representative and commercial functions, which involved not only the front on the square but also the side wings and the whole block as a whole.
