Port archeology: the large containers of goods and travelers from 100 years ago, involved in a major urban regeneration project
A gigantic warehouse for bulk goods in the middle of the Port, built at the beginning of the twentieth century with the (then) innovative technique of reinforced concrete, next to the Maritime Station, designed as a railway station with ships instead of trains and a monumental front to overlook the city. Overall, a large compendium of works, now outdated in functions, in a strategic location, available for a regeneration project that can change the layout of the city.
