Nordic Ski Center Planica. Slovenia Tarvisio

Planica is part of a vast, unspoilt natural park. The site has hosted ski jump competitions since 1934 and has gradually become a world centre, used for the finals of the Ski Jumping World Cup. After decades of activity the jumps were in need of modernisation and, in 2009, the decision was taken to create the Nordic Ski Centre on the site.
