Teatro Carignano Torino

The Carignano Princes' theatre is one of the most important famous stable theatres in Turin , where the King went to watch plays ( different from the Regio theatre that was only for opera). The theatre is situated in Piazza Carignano in front of the homonymous palace. It is near the historic and cultural centre of Turin, next to Piazza Castello, one of the most important squares in the city.
