Palazzo dei Lavori Pubblici Torino

The palace it is considered a "butchery", mainly for its encumbrance from all the points of view and in relation to all the important monuments that surround it: the bell tower, the facade of the Duomo, the archaeological remains of the Palatine gates. The nodal role of the building, although studied in the project, was certainly underestimated in its effects of contrast and trivialization of important and strategic shots for the historical identity of the city.
