A geometric complexity for a unique effect
The dome is divided into six layers and as it rises upwards, the height between the layers decreases. This creates the optical illusion of a dome moving away. This is because when a person looks at the dome, he perceives that the heights (between the various layers) decrease, while the brain expects that each layer is the same.
