Palazzo Barolo Torino

Palazzo Barolo has always been attentive to children. In 1829 the Marquis Tancredi di Barolo opened the first kindergarten in Piedmont for the less well-off families of the city. Today Palazzo Barolo houses the Museum and School of Children's Book, run by the Tancredi Foundation of Barolo, an institution created thanks to the generosity and foresight of the Vagliani spouses, collectors and Turinese scholars.
