Castello Mackenzie

A neo-Gothic and liberty castle, which marks the skyline of the upstream Circonvallazione and the Val Bisagno

Masterpiece by Gino Coppedè, protagonist of the Italian fin de siècle in architecture and decoration, recognizable from long-distance by the spire tower and the complex battlements' system, at the far end of the Circonvallazione and symmetrical to the contemporary Castello D'Albertis. Inside you can visit rooms worthy of a fantasy location.
