Parco Boschetto Nichelino

The banks of the Sangone have taken on a central role in a process of enhancement that has taken shape with the definition of the River Park included in the programme "Turin city of waters". The area affected by the redevelopment is adjacent to the Mausoleum of Bela Rosin and it should also be remembered that among the objectives of the recent Urban Recovery Plan of the Municipality of Turin and the Piedmont Region, there are those of "integrated physical and social requalification of a territorial area" with special attention "to the geography of places", the ambition to "rebuild and enhance the links of a great territorial design" and to "upgrade the environment, the river park and the urban park."
