La guerra alle Ferriere Fiat

During the Second World War, the Ferriere plants were the subject of raids by the Allied air force. The damages, even if not catastrophic, contribute however to reduce the production capacity of the steelworks, which goes from over 150,000 tons to just over 30,000 between 1941 and 1945. Theater of violent fighting between partisans and Germans in April 1945, the new establishment, once finished the hostilities, immediately resume its activity, returning to pre-war times as early as 1947.
