Riserva naturale Le Vallere Moncalieri

Partially saved in extremis from the savage urbanization of the years 1955/1960, which led to the construction of the vast Corso Trieste and the residential area that lies west of the great artery, the area later became property of the Region, which initially settled in the renovated farmhouse Le Vallere the Documentation Center of Protected Areas. Subsequently, after transferring the Documentation Center to Turin, the Region in 1990 destined the farm to become the headquarters of the newly established Management Office of the Po Torinese River Park.
