Quartiere "La Falchera" Torino

The Laghetti Falchera project provides for the recovery and environmental rehabilitation of an area degraded by mining activities at the edge of the district, which covers more than 45 hectares. There are four types of intervention to obtain different accommodations in the non-built environment: park, equipped urban park, extensive park and agricultural park, with educational trails, urban gardens, rest areas and equipped areas. The redevelopment, for a total cost of € 5,600,000, must be completed by 2017, (the gardens can be activated for spring 2016).
