Quartiere "La Falchera" Torino

Old Falchera is a model perfectly adapted to what was proposed by Ina-Casa in the volume 'Tips to designers', in which they recall the ways of aggregating the neighborhood unity of Anglo-Saxon or rural matrix. (see in the same years the Tiburtino in Rome or Spine Bianche in Matera). "The idea of three-storey houses with large, interlocking green spaces was born, one can say, on the spot, looking at the countryside and considering the surrounding rural settlements, almost all of them have a U-shaped open plan to the south of which the Rustici of Stupinigi constituted the most conspicuous example (G.Astengo) ".
