Quartiere "La Falchera" Torino

In the early 70s the district expanded to the north to meet the growing demand for social housing. The urban layout of what is called the 'new Falchera' resumed the planimetric layout of the first settlement, introducing two types of buildings: four-floors terraced-houses f.t. and ten-floors tower houses, which make the density built up and therefore the weight of the settled population, in terms of services and transport, much higher.
