Майдан Незалежності / Majdan Nezaležnosti (Piazza dell'indipendenza) Vyshhorod urban hromada
The indipendence square, place of changes, revolutions and national identity, as well as the soul of Ukrainian people.
Its current name was choosed in 1991 as a result of the gained indipendence of Ukraine. After some years, in 2001, an important reconstruction started to change the square and give to it its current look. The place was also decorated with monuments symbol of Ukrainian culture, as the monument of independence and the Kyiv founders monument.
