The six large seventeenth-century blocks are divided into 16 lots, assigned separately to all the major studios of the time. The most interesting part is the blocking of the 5 central lots, owned by the Agnelli-Fiat group, around the tower of the Principe di Piemonte Hotel, with a project by Vittorio Bonadé Bottino with interiors designed by Giovanni Chevalley. The building between Cavour and Lagrange streets is designed by Mario Dezzuti, while the one between Andrea Doria and Lagrange streets is by Mario Passanti.
