Via Po Torino

This street, built with considerable resources and covered by arcades since the beginning, has always been a cornerstone for trade and the most prestigious city services. Thanks to the so-called "porti dla pieuva" (rain arcades) it was possible to walk from the palace to the river without getting wet. Today, the street is still very popular, thanks to the appeal of Piazza Vittorio, the Po river and the University.
