The emerging architectures of Viale del Re

Proceeding t west, the northern front of the Avenue has architectures of different periods, almost all resulting from the renovation of existing buildings and villas. Among the most important: the Art-Deco style building, purchased by Fiat and designed by Vittorio Bonadé Bottino in the 1920s, on the corner of Via Carlo Alberto; housed the Corso cinema, destroyed by a fire in the eighties and was later renovated to house offices. On the other corner with Via Carlo Alberto, Palazzo Priotti, designed by Carlo Ceppi at the beginning of the 20th century, has a neo-rococo taste, then modified on the lower floors by Ballatore di Rossana to create the Cinema Ambrosio.
