Palace of Justice

The Palazzo di Giustizia Bruno Caccia is located in corso Vittorio Emanuele II 130. The building, which officially came into operation in 2001 after eleven years of work, allowed to move the old Curia Maxima, located in via Corte d'Appello 16. The building consists of two buildings joined by a metal structure and reaches an area of 60,000 square meters; it has seven external floors and three underground, 90 classrooms, offices designed to hold 1700 people, an 800-seat auditorium and finally a floor for lawyers only. The work was designed by the architects Ingaramo and Zacchiroli.
