Castelluccio di Norcia Norcia

To seal the peace and memory of the Battle of Pian Perduto, the Church of the Madonna della Cona was erected in Forca di Gualdo, on the road that descends to Castelsantangelo sul Nera. The church is located on the territory of Castelsantangelo but "morally" belongs to Castelluccio. Every year on the first Sunday of July the two countries go to the chapel in procession and after the religious service they start the Festa della Cona where banquets, songs and dances are set up.
