In the neighbourhood, religious buildings of different cults

The district houses both the Waldensian church dating back to 1853 and the Jewish synagogue of 1884, two religious buildings, symbol of freedom of worship granted by Charles Albert in '48 and tolerance of the city towards non-Catholic religions. Both buildings are examples of the eclectic architecture typical of the second half of the nineteenth century.
