The northern part of the factory now houses a university residence for students. It follows a contemporary and functional style, has double rooms and lofts of 60 square meters, and can accommodate up to 100 students. Also, Camplus has large common areas including relaxation areas and an arena-auditorium. The large glass window typical of the former factory offers a spectacular panoramic view of the hill, the Alps and the river Po.
