Palazzo Bianco Genova

In one of the Palaces registered on the UNESCO list the Civic Museum dedicated to painting collected in Genoa, with masterpieces mainly between 1500 and 1700.

Genoa is full of art-loving merchants and aristocrats, capable of collecting treasures from their masters and of supporting an interesting local school, with prominent peaks in the Baroque period. The gallery, considered one of the founders of museology in its organization by Albini and Marcenaro, collects the most important paintings from the houses and some city churches.
