This sculptural composition is located in the main square of the museum and represents the battle for control of the Dnieper River, 1943. One of the clashes that caused more losses on both sides and that was decisive for the final victory. Through the individual soldiers you can recognize the attempt to represent the effort that the Soviet soldiers had to sustain to win the battle.
