The Fountain was built in 1947 in memory of the victory in the "Great Patriotic War". It is located on the street opposite of Kharkov Opera House. In the summer of 2007 to the 60 anniversary it was carried out in its reconstruction.Now there are 137 jets, 2 units of artificial fog, and 135 spotlights, with a 350 tons of water capacity.
