V.T.L. began its existence more than 100 years ago. A few years ago, I learned about the rich history of this institution: the men's gym of 1907, the fact that this institution housed the Ministry of Education of the Ukrainian People's Republic in 1912 and much more. V.T.L. is a historical monument of our city, although not everyone knows about its existence. The best institution, incrediblle professionalism of headmasters and teachers.
