The building of the Lukyanov People’s House is brick, plastered, two-storey; to the right of the entrance (from the back) there is a basement that was transformed, during the war, into a bomb shelter. The roof is high, and the ventilation pipes also play a decorative function. At the center of the main and side facades of the roof are cut large attic windows of semi-circular shape. stylized in the forms of Russian architecture of the seventeenth century, reminiscent of a fairytale tower. The main facade is in three parts. Initially the projection of the main facade was also highlighted by a faceted balcony in the form of a parapet, whose horns ended in high spires. The balcony and the spires were later lost.
