The structure of the church

The church of San Secondo is a large neogothic building; it has an area of more than 3000 mq and it is almost entirely sorrounded by a massive wrought-iron fence. In the simple and linear facade three entrance doors, corresponding to the three naves, allow the access at the church and at the central portal, while a big rose window breaks the linearity of the frontispiece. The church has a latin cross plan, made in an eclectic style: inside, the naves are delimited by imposing columns with capitals richly decorated. The most important altar is sormounted by a cathedral glass representing Christ seated on the throne.
