Church and bell tower

The naves are probably rebuilt in the centuries after 1300, while the bell tower and the apsidal part are from earlier. The bell tower is almost 24 meters high and its slope is marked like this for at least six centuries, consolidated by numerous restorations.  A thunderbolt in 1619, damaged the belfry: "fece slargar dal muro della chiesa detto campanile per tre bone ditta" (made the bell tower spread out from the church for at least three fingers), wrote Agostino da Vò in his Chronicle.
