On August 19, 2018 around 4:00 pm, a fire outbreak alerted the personnel, who immediately called the firefighters after a burning smell spread from the second floor, where laboratories and offices are. The rescuers arrived immediately at the hospital. Luckily, it was only a short-circuit that had caused the outbreak. During the safety operations, no hospital ward had to be evacuated.
