Ospedale Regina Margherita Torino

The Infantile Hospital was opened in 1880 by a capable and resourceful man, who was very loved and respected. During the first years, the small hospital became a health centre thanks to the donations of various members and benefactors. What a few years back had only been a small shelter for sick children turned into a centre for experimental pediatric care. Finally, in 1896, the structure became a hospital. Today, the Children's Hospital is an interdisciplinary hospital complex for the prevention and treatment of children's diseases.
