Fringuelli (Ernesto Vaser) goes out all overdressed to go to an high society ball. For the excitement and in a rush, he tripped over a pile of gravel near the Fountain of the 12 Months and he got an uncomfortable rock in his shoe, so he decided to take a seat but he did not notice the sign next to the bench: WET PAINT! The damage is done and he continued to walk in the dark about the problem: there will be a lot of comic consequences.
