Teofilo Rossi Montelera (Chieri, October 27, 1865 - Turin, Dec. 29, 1927) was an Italian politician and entrepreneur. Patrick Piedmont. He was Minister of Industry and Commerce, Senator of the Kingdom and mayor of Turin. During its review, by Royal Decree of 27 April 1911, it was created Earl of Montelera by Vittorio Emanuele III, on the occasion of the inauguration of the International Exhibition of Turin, in the fiftieth anniversary of Italy.
