Recovery of the disused sandstone quarries of Su Cuccuru Manu, centered on the study of new potential functions related to the musical fruition. The project combines various requirements such as environment preservation, artistic expression and use of new technologies. The sound theme represents the backbone of the project: the arrangements are mostly in the outdoor, meant to create highly evocative environments under the form of "sound sculptures". The visitor center of the park provides information and visit support services. The building is completely inserted within the outline of the land, not altering the landscape. From the inside the view is of a wall of the quarry reservoir, with a loggia formed by a linear sequence of sandstone irregular pillars, configuring a wide shaded area.
