The entitled square
It reminds the date of March 4, 1848, on which the status of King Charles Albert was promulgated. De facto, it was Constitutional Law of the Kingdom of Savoy and after of the united Italy, until the fall of the monarchy. The Statute was published in the "Gazzetta Piemontese", the official newspaper of the State of Savoy.
