City Garden

The Сity Garden was opened in 1803 by the brothers Jose and Felix de Ribas. The garden has become popular thanks to the large number of monuments that are there. Some of them became symbols of the city Odesa: monuments to the lion, lioness and their cubs; the monument "The Twelfth Chair ", erected in honor of Ilf and Petrov's book "12 Chairs"; a monument to Leonid Utesov, and a monument to the pilot and athlete of the early XX century Sergei Utochkin.
