Borgata Vanchiglia Torino

The Russian Countess Natka, during a reception, meets the diplomat Giorgio La Ferlita. The two court each other and she continues to humour him and repel him in a mysterious way. After an evening at the theatre, where one of the most passionate kisses of silent cinema took place, Natka disappears leaving Giorgio. The man then decides to go on with his life and finds a new companion, but one day when he thought he had forgotten Natka, he sees her on the road in his carriage. Giorgio then gets out of his car to chase her, but in vain.
