Church of Santa Giulia

Although the district committee had long expressed the will to build a church in the village Vanchiglia, had to wait for the charitable donation of the marquise Giulia Falletti of Barolo in 1862, dedicated half a million lire to the project, three conditions: that the church was dedicated to Santa Giulia, that the Gothic temple was entrusted to the engineer Giovanni Battista Ferrante and that the committee and the municipality participated with no less than 50 thousand lire each. The Marquise did not see the completion of the church, which houses the body.
