Via della Consolazione and Via XX Settembre
Via della Consolazione was also included in the project of Via XX Settembre. The street started from the "portello" of the city (then replaced by the monumental bridge) and continued on to the Bisagno. The name comes from the complex of the Consolazione, of which today only the church remains.
The engraving portrays the convent and the cloister of the church of Consolazione: they were then removed to make way for the Mercato Orientale.
