Piazza Castello Torino

The square has always been the scene of events, protests and performances. Until the move of the capital from Turin to Rome, however, it maintains a close relationship with the ceremonies of the Royals, while in the twentieth century the square has become the backdrop of the city events, from S.Giovanni to Christmas, from the Olympics to Jazz.
