Starting from the second half of the seventies, a policy of strong relaunch of the area was undertaken, with the granting of licenses for the opening of clubs, able to attract young people into the area even at night; the creation of a stable navigation service on the Po river, with one of the docks directily at the Murazzi and the establishment of a police night patrol operating until dawn.
