The projects mission is the valorization of the local viticulture heritage and of the historical forms of grape cultivation in the city of Siena. The peculiar aspect of the citys urban fabric resides in the fact that small but ancient vineyards still exist inside the medieval city walls, making their way in convent cloisters, religious institutes green areas or small private gardens, as well as in the present day suburban areas.
