Recovery of the early 20th century equipment used in the manufacturing process of marinated eels, typically produced in the Po rivers Delta. The project, realized by the Comacchio District Park along with the Eel Museum and the Parks Facility Center, offers a historical and cultural itinerary for discovering the city and aims to promote the local gastronomy.
