The seat
Since its foundation, the Egyptian Museum will be based at the former Collegio dei Nobili (the current Academy of Sciences). The building was designed by the pupil of Guarini, Michelangelo Garove, at the request of Giovanna Battista from Nemours who decided to found an ad-hoc college to guarantee him an appropriate training.
